Suspend Message

The Suspend message allows you to suspend your Mercury Direct II system temporarily from receiving orders or messages. Administrative messages will continue to be received during the suspension period. Orders sent to your console are automatically forwarded to other Members by the Host Computer. Orders that have a delivery date after the suspension period will be transmitted to your shop. Flowers After Hours orders are not affected by the suspension.

Sending a Suspend Message

  1. From the Main Menu click Account › Suspend.

  2. In the From Date field, type the date you want to stop receiving orders in MM/DD/YYYY format. Or, click to reveal a calendar and choose the date with your mouse.

  3. In the Time field, type the time that you want to stop receiving orders in HH:MM format. Remember to click the down arrow to choose AM or PM.

  4. In the To Date field, type the date you want to resume receiving orders in MM/DD/YYYY format. Or, click to reveal a calendar and choose the date with your mouse.

  5. In the second Time field, type the time that you want to resume taking orders in HH:MM format. Remember to click the down arrow to choose AM or PM.

  6. In the Operator field, type your name.

  7. Click Send.
