Performing a Message Search allows you to locate a message in your Message Log that has been sent from or received by your store through the Mercury Network.
Click Search > Message from the Menu Bar.
In the appropriate fields, enter the information according to what messages you would like to display. For example, to list all GEN messages, select General Message from the Message Type drop down list. If you are searching for a particular message, type the Mercury order number in the Merc Ord/Msg Number field or type as much information as you know about the order in the appropriate fields.
Click Search. Messages that meet your search criteria will display. To view a message in detail, click the button in the Type field for the corresponding message.
The messages that display in the message log are color coded. Regular messages appear in white. All other messages display in different colors, according to the color chart listed at the top of the screen. For example, Rejected messages are displayed pink and Canceled messages are displayed blue. Unprinted (incoming) messages are displayed in red. After they are printed they are displayed as regular messages (in white).
