Received Order Message

The Received Order message allows you to report orders that you receive by telephone to the Clearing House. This eliminates the need to enter these orders on your Report of Orders Filled form. Use the Received Order message to report phoned in orders only. Interflora orders cannot be reported using the Received Order message.

All Mercury orders (including order relay orders) received through the Mercury® Network are reported automatically. Do not report a Mercury Direct II order using this message.

Note: There is no transmission charge to the filling Member who submits a Received Order message. If the sending Member uses the Received Order message to report an order, a transmission fee is charged.

Sending a Received Order Message

  1. From the Menu Bar click Create › Received Order.

  2. In the Sending Florist field, type the sending florist's code and press <tab>, or click to perform a Florist Search.

  3. Type the delivery date in MM/DD/YYYY format in the Delivery Date field. Or, click to reveal a calendar and choose the delivery date with your mouse.

  4. Type the first three characters of the recipient's last name in the Recipient field.

  5. In the Occasion field, click the down arrow and choose the occasion for which this order is being sent.

  6. In the Price field, type the total price of the order.

  7. In the Operator field, type your name.

  8. If all of the information is correct, click Send.
