The priority of an order determines the processing time of the order. Once the Host Computer receives the order, it is sent to a filling subscriber based on the priority selected by the sending subscriber. You can set the transmission priority in the Priority field when completing an Order message. A transmission priority consists of a priority type and the option to choose No Auto Forwarding. The No Auto Forwarding option is chosen when the order is to be sent only to the filling florist and should not be forwarded by the Host Computer automatically. If the filling subscriber cannot be reached, auto forwarding will not take place. The order will be rejected and returned to the sending florist.
It is important that you carefully consider time zone changes and the time required by the filling subscriber to make up and deliver an order before selecting the priority.
