Your Mercury Direct II Home Page is your personalized start page after you log into the system. You can access all areas of the program from this page.
The Service Code field at the top of the screen lists your shop code(s) in a drop down field. When you log into your system, you are logged in as your which account by default?
The top of the screen contains the Menu Bar. Use the Menu Bar to access all other areas of the program.
Your order status is listed at the top right hand corner of the screen. What is Pending Ord/Msgs? The Non-Printed Ord/Msgs field lists orders and messages that have been received but have not yet been printed. These can be orders and messages are marked as red in Message Search.
Support information is located in the upper right hand corner of the screen. The support number is listed, as well as the email address. To email support a message, click Email Support and your email program will open with the appropriate email address for support in the To line. (You must have email set up for this feature to function.)
The remainder of your Home Page contains your account information. In the center of the page you will find your general account information. The Maximum Active Transactions field contains the total number transactions that you can have active at the same time. The Total Active Services field lists the number of services that you have activated on Mercury Direct II.
